KAIROS Resource Center is committed to quality products and customer service. In order to provide you with the highest quality of service and products, KAIROS Resource Center has established the following policies concerning your order.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of submission, but may take up to seven business days for processing during peak seasons and office closures such as holidays and conferences. Orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx according to your indicated preferences at the time of your order.
For all orders, payments are accepted by credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are accepted for mail orders only. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full for all items and shipping/handling charges as applicable (excluding orders from qualified wholesale customers). There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
Sales tax will be added to the total for all orders being shipped to the state of New York.
Kairos Resource Center is able to ship orders internationally but does not guarantee delivery nor can we replace lost orders. Please note shipping may take 4-6wks.
Damaged or defective products received from KAIROS Resource Center are covered by a full-product or money-back guarantee up to 30 days past their receipt. In the event that a product is received defective or damaged, a refund or exchange will be issued at the discretion of KAIROS Resource Center. Defective or damaged products may be reported by calling customer service at 800-519-4647.
All orders placed for out-of-stock merchandise that is not discontinued will be placed on backorder. Payment for backordered products will not be processed until item becomes available. Items are shipped as they become available, typically within four to six weeks of the order submission. In the event that only a portion of an order is backordered, the available products will be shipped promptly, and backordered products will be shipped separately, as available. Separate shipments of backordered products will be made at no additional charge to the customer.

Bookstores, distributors, and anyone wishing to purchase KAIROS Publishing, KAIROS Records and/or Eagles’ Wings products in bulk (10 or more quantity), may be eligible to receive a wholesale discount.
