KAIROS Resource Center is committed to quality products and customer service. In order to provide you with the highest quality of service and products, KAIROS Resource Center has established the following policies concerning your order.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed within one business day of payment, but may take up to seven business days for processing during peak seasons and office closures such as holidays. Orders are shipped via FedEx according to your indicated preferences at the time of your order.
Payment Information
For all orders, payments are accepted by credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are accepted for mail orders only. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full for all items and shipping/handling charges as applicable (excluding orders from qualified wholesale customers). There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to the total for all orders being shipped to the state of New York.
International Orders
International orders are accepted by payment of credit/debit card only. Orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or via the USPS (available to Canadian Customers Only). KAIROS Resource Center takes no responsibility for customs, duties, or taxes related to international orders.
Refunds/Exchanges
Damaged or defective products received from KAIROS Resource Center are covered by a full-product or money-back guarantee up to 30 days past their receipt. In the event that a product is received defective or damaged, a refund or exchange will be issued at the discretion of KAIROS Resource Center. Defective or damaged products may be reported by calling customer service at 800-519-4647.
Backordered Items
All orders placed for out-of-stock merchandise that is not discontinued will be placed on backorder. All payments for backordered products are processed at the time of order; however the items are shipped as they become available, typically within four to six weeks of the receipt of payment. In the event that only a portion of an order is backordered, the available products will be shipped promptly, and backordered products will be shipped separately, as available. Separate shipments of backordered products will be made at no additional charge to the customer.

Bookstores, distributors, and anyone wishing to purchase KAIROS Publishing, KAIROS Records and/or Eagles’ Wings products in bulk, may be eligible to receive a wholesale discount.
