Description: Lily - The Hebrew word "shushan, shoshannah" denotes the common name of a group of the lily species plants which are whitish in colour and found at Lake of Gennesaret and in the deep valleys in Yisra'el i.e. tulip, iris, anemone (Acoronaria) gladiolus, ranunculus (Asiaticus) or the lotus which has streaks of pink. The white/yellow water-lily has no connection with the Scriptures. Also of interest and abundant in the district of Galilee is the scarlet martagon lily (Lilium Chalcedonicum) one of the true floral esteems of the SET-APART land.
Valley - In this instance it is referred to the most sacred valley between Mount Zion and Mount Moriah.
